Have just attended Live Training on MS DOS found it very interesting but cant wait for follow up on MS DOS Found it really helped to see how ms dos is used on the screen rather than just reading about it! I will be having a go at all the commands I have just learnt (except format!!) I have put a lot of what I learnt into practice and with my own computer and it has helped sort out my internet conection, thank you. I found the Live internet training very easy to follow and use and am looking forward to attending again soon. I found it very useful and informative. Some of the ideas on how to revise were great. The instructor was very clear and well rehearsed, very good. After attending the training session today I learned some very useful tips on how to retain the information for longer in which we learn. Some very useful tips in this course I would recommend it to anyone. The session on "you and your memory" this evening gave me an eye opener to some of the different ways I could improve on my retentive memory. This has been a problem to me especially when the theoretical aspect of the course is not going hand in hand with the practical aspect. I shall use some of the techniques mensioned this evening such as the revision card, mind mapping and reading aloud techniques which I never tried.
